The name Green Blades is inspired by the set-up of this space, which encompasses lush well manicured grass and shrubs that, provide an air of serenity and peace. This is our large event space created as a blank canvas to create the event of of your dreams.
This space has the capacity to sit 100-400 people depending on arrangement.
Palm Avenue
The name Palm Avenue is inspired by the use of various types of palm trees used to landscape this space. The pheonix palms, bizmark palms, lipstick and lantana palms all come together to give an aura of beauty and tranquility. This is a large event space created for casual events. This space comes with high quality cast iron chairs and tables with umbrellas. Additional elements can be added to the space as per customer requirements.

D Central
Located at a central point within the center D Central is ideal for small intimate gatherings and could be used in two ways. The first being an open canopy where occupants bask in the natural environment around them and the second being an enclosed canopy where occupants are screened from the environment around them creating a more intimate feel and maximum privacy.
This space has the capacity to sit 20 people.
The Oasis
The Oasis remains true to its name as this space is inspired by lush grass and greenery designed to create an aura of calm. This feeling is further complemented by our large umbrella canopy, rocking chairs and a hammock. This space is ideal for small intimate gatherings.
This space has the capacity to sit 24 people.

Our private lounge called 305 was inspired by the colloquial word representing Miami, Florida. This indoor space is a blend of contemporary and classical furniture adorned by lush green palm trees and various potted plants.
This space is fully air-conditioned with various sitting arrangements, a bar and other similar amenities.
This space has the capacity to sit 60 to 70 people.
The Woodlands
An enigmatic area comprising of three unique spaces. The first being our urbarn farm area, followed by our cafe and grill area and lastly an outdoor sitting area. True to its name this area encompasses the use of wood, trees and shrubs that give true meaning to its name.

Alinas Cafe and Rotisserie
Alinas Cafe & Rotisserie is the true personification of quality and standards. We take pride in the quality of equipments we use from our industrial juicing machines to our rotisserie machines made in France from a notable manufacturer. Our grills are also of highest quality.
We equally take pride in the fact that all our products come from our in-house urban farm on site ushering an amazing level of transparency and quality of materials. All livestock used to prepare our grilled products are carefully sourced and are prepared by specialists who understand the art of preparing tenderized protein products.
